    Subject: Requesting for a booth approval.

    Dear Sir,
    AIUB Community of Engineering Students (ACES) would like to place a booth for
    members recruitment starting from 1st February, 2016. For that purpose we are seeking
    permission for placing a booth at Building 2, lobby.
    Therefore, we pray and hope that you would be kind enough to give us permission to
    place a booth for members recruitment at Building 2, Lobby starting from 1st
    February, 2016 to 17th February, 2016.
