Chicken and Feta pockets

This recipe has been in the family for as long as I can remember. My grandmother used to make for us as little children, and now I cook it for my family, and they love it.

Ingredients (for around 50 meatballs)
1 white pita pocket 1 cooked chicken breast, shredded 2 tbs Feta Cheese – broken into small pieces 2 tbs cream cheese 5 small to medium lettuce leaves (shredded) 1 small Lebanese cucumber (cut into thin slices) ¼ cup of Black olives – pitted and sliced

1. Cut your pita pocket in half 2. Gently open up each half of the pita pocket.
3. In a medium bowl, combine the chicken, Feta, Lettuce, Cucumber and Olives and mix together. 4. Add the cream cheese to this mixture and stir through 5. Open each Pita pocket and insert the mixture 6. The Pita pockets are now ready to serve.
