Regarding Mr. Feldmans recent comments and conduct:
Mr. Feldman regrets his statements, e-mails, and past actions demonstrating a lack of impulse control. He has come to realize that his reactions, and the communications he sent, were over the top, and that his tendency to this kind of behavior is a long-standing problem. He unequivocally apologizes to the recipients of his abusive comments. While he can apologize, he also recognizes that an apology with mere words is not enough if his behavior continues. A positive development from all of this is that this event has forced him to confront his impulse control issues. After consulting with professionals, friends, and family, he recognizes that he has a problem and that that problem has hurt other people -- not just in this circumstance, but in multiple occasions in the past. Jason is consulting with mental health professionals in order to work on and resolve his issues, as he understands that he can apologize today, but his sincerity will only be evident once he demonstrably does better. He is committed to doing so. Please feel free to direct any further questions to my office.
