Looking for a Leader who would be effectively communicating the purpose of their company to both
employees and customers and responsible for driving sales targets

Preparing daily workloads for team members& coordinating the allocation of work.

Handling escalated calls, complaints, questions, and queries as required.

Monitoring & reporting on standards & performance targets.

Arranging & chairing weekly team meetings, focusing on targets & achievements.

Managing daily floor operations, making daily reports and monitoring compliance and process
