We have made our efforts to high light on its issues that really tend to make management education a great deal according to our view .we have tried to come up with the challenges the management education is facing in this fast growing economy. The opportunities that we considered to be important after a short analyses, a conclusion so as to say what this entire concept takes to be, our views in improving the entire scenario prevailing is what we have put forth in this paper.

 “The golden goose”- The name of the game is ‘MBA’ –Master of business administration; the golden goose that appeared on the scene not so long ago.

 Clean phase.  Mind wracking GD.  Scrutinizing personal interviews.  Ambience of professionalism

 Interfering politicos.  pestilence had plagued the rest of the academic world.  steadily built meticulous inputs, by faculty fell prey to the malignancy, and began to lose their equity.  Entrance exams and admission procedures were changed.

Challenges of management education includes:
 All Organizations are now trying over for the best of the best managers.  Well trained and highly resourceful persons.  Meet the standards to achieve successful human resource management.  Development of information technology.  Highlighting the role of soft skills.
