What is Criticism?
 The act of passing judgments and opinions on everyday
work.
 Criticism may be a result of in depth analysis or personal
viewpoint.

Valid Criticism
Criticism done on a particular mistake by someone. It is where you
have a flaw, want to improve it and ready to accept it.

Constructive Criticism:
Constructive criticism is all about identifying the mistakes, flaws and
point them out in such a way that they benefit from your criticism.
Invalid Criticism
Criticism done to mislead or destruct a person.

Destructive Criticism:
Criticism which only identifies the problem and does not offer solutions.

Misleading Criticism:
Criticism based on biasness and puts the person out of track.

 Perception for Others.
 Lack of Trust.
 Human Nature.

How To Handle Criticism

 Combine criticism with praise.


 Look for grains of truth.
 Value criticism.
 Ignore False Criticism.
 Don’t Respond Immediately.
 Handle it like Buddha.
