TALENT RELEASE AND INJURY WAIVER

For good and adequate consideration for my participation in The Coat

directed by McKenzee Scrine (the Event), which I acknowledge I have
received, I hereby agree as follows:
1. I give and grant to McKenzee Scrine, Elizabeth Way, Thijs Rozeboom,
Locky Campbell and Katherine Tempany (the group) and its officers,
employees, agents and related entities, affiliates, subsidiaries, consultants,
independent contractors, successors, assigns, designees and licensees the
right to use, publish and copyright my name, nickname, voice, picture,
portrait, likeness, characteristics, live or recorded performance, photograph,
signature or facsimile thereof, biographical materials, all intellectual property,
and all other materials relating to or identifying me (Identity) and any and
all materials incorporating the Identity or resulting from my participation in
the Event (Materials) in all forms of media, advertising, and promotion now
known or hereafter created, including without limitation, video, television,
print, billboards, point of purchase materials, corporate communications,
internal and external marketing pieces, and Internet in any and all territories
throughout the universe.
2. No further consideration of any kind will be paid to me in connection with
the Materials or the groups use thereof. Without limitation, the group will
have the right to use, sell, edit, change, add to, delete from, arrange, revise,
promote, reproduce and distribute the Materials, in whole or in part, and
separately or in connection with Materials furnished or created by others. I
specifically acknowledge that the Materials are "works made for hire" as
defined by the copyright laws of Australia. The group is and will remain the
owner of the Materials and of all copyrights, trademarks, and other rights
relating thereto. I further acknowledge that the group will not in any way be
obligated to use the Materials.
3. I agree and acknowledge that no use of the Materials will constitute
defamation against me or an invasion of my privacy or publicity rights or any
other rights I may have in or relating to the Materials. No Materials need be
submitted to me for any further approval, and the group will be without
liability to me for any distortion or illusionary effect resulting from the
publication of the Materials. I hereby release the group from any and all
claims, liabilities, responsibilities, or damages arising from any use of the
Materials, and I further release the group from any and all claims, liabilities,
responsibilities, or damages arising from my participation in the Event in
connection with the Materials. Nothing in this waiver limits the rights the

group may have in the Materials as a member of the general public,

irrespective of whether I execute this release or not.
4. I acknowledge that my participation in the Event exposes me to a possible
risk of personal injury, including death, and I hereby release the group from
any and all liability for property damage, personal injuries or other claims
arising from or in connection with my participation in the Event, including
claims that are known and unknown, foreseen and unforeseen, future or
contingent.
5. I covenant that I will not now or at any time in the future, directly or
indirectly, commence or prosecute any action, suit or other proceeding
against the group arising out of or relating to the actions, causes of action,
claims and demands hereby waived, released or discharged by me.
6. I agree and acknowledge that that I have read and understand this Talent
Release and Injury Waiver. This Talent Release and Injury Waiver constitutes
the entire understanding between the group and me with regards to my
party in the Event and the groups use of the Materials, and no promises or
representations of any kind other than as set forth herein have been made to
me by and on behalf of the group. This Talent Release and Injury Waiver will
be binding on me, my spouse, children, legal representatives, heirs,
successors and assigns.
7. I warrant and represent that I have the full right and power to enter into
this Talent Release and Injury Waiver, and to grant all rights hereunder
granted without violating the legal or equitable rights of any other persons or
entity.
