The paper shows my

understanding of the
importance of looking at
organizations and their actions
from the structural, political,
symbolic, and human resource
frames. Analyzing PLCs in
HVS allowed me to assess their
strengths and give suggestions
for their weaknesses within
each frame in order to improve
their effectiveness.

Issue Analysis
Paper: Coteaching in HVS

The paper demonstrates my

ability to analyze a budget and
make fiscal recommendations
based on the fund balance and
goals of the district.
This experience gave me insight
as to how the district tries to
utilize their resources in the
most efficient manner. It also
shed a lot of light as to how the
state funding impacts districts.
Developed an IDP for a
struggling teacher. I gained
experience in providing
feedback to teachers who need
to improve.
In this assignment, I analyzed
the co-teaching situation in my
school and developed a
professional learning timeline
to help improve the
instructional teams.
