Responsibilities:

I participated in the T&I (Testing and Inspection) and on-stream inspection of equipment and
piping in the production facility, to assure they are within tolerances, grade and quality
specified, to assure that they are properly stored and handled and that they have not been
damaged in any way.
I have prepared draft inspection reports, pre and post T&I reports, work sheets, noncompliance reports, and made log book entries of on-site inspection findings, and
maintained/updated the databases and hardcopies for inspection records and
correspondence files.

Another duty was to supervise the NDT inspection team, issue the necessary work permits,
inspect each job site for unsafe conditions that could cause injuries, death or financial loss to
the company and to report findings to the appropriate parties.
I was also responsible to assist in the development and training of less qualified inspectors
and complete the Inspector Training Program as prescribed by the supervisor.
I have scheduled and selected welds due for inspection by nondestructive examinations and
tracked the welders performances.
I was responsible for determine the corrosion rates and remaining life of the equipment in the
corrosive/erosive service. Another duty was to monitor the heat treatments of piping, vessels
and
associated
equipment.
I had to witness or monitor tests required for welder certification and welding procedure
qualifications and also routine hydrostatic tests on piping and service tests on utility piping as
authorized by Saudi Aramco and industry standards.

Job Responsibilities:

Preparation of Inspection and Test Plan, checklist, procedures and review of construction
drawing.
Material Receiving inspection of all RTRP/FRP Pipes and fittings, Gasket, valves, flanges, bolts

Assigned as QC-Piping Inspector for Fiber Glass Reinforced Plastic Piping (FRP) of installation
and spool fabrication for 24 Fire water line and 72 cooling water line-Adhesive bonded joint
and Lamination joints.
Witnessed and inspection of FRP piping system for Adhesive bonded joints, Lamination joint,
Barcol hardness as per ASTM D 2583.
Maintaining the storage conditioning of all fiber glass woven roving 270,360,580 g Adhesive
kits, chemicals such as Epoxy resin, Hardener, vinyl Ester Resin etc.
Collecting daily work updates (about column, Drums, Pressure vessel, Exchanger, fin fan heat
exchanger) from site and submitting to Senior Planner.
Stacking the valves & PRDS as per standard and delivering to the relevant workshops
To Identify PRDS and Control valves on Isometric and P&IDS for removing.
Supervision of fabrication & erection of equipments and piping
Assure the work is carried out as per P & IDs, layouts drawings & isometrics
Selecting Crane or fork lift or telehandler or Boom Truck as required for lifting by calculations
& correct estimation, depends on load and shape
Reviewing stamped and finalized drawings (including piping plans and sections, piping
isometrics, piping supports, tank and vessel layouts and details, etc.)
Supervising during loading and unloading the PRDS, Control Valves by Crane & Fork lift.
