Shade. Shelter. Strength.

OVERSUPPLY LOOMS.
Condominiums are now rising all over Metro Manila.

With the demand waning, the market could see a significant oversupply when these
projects are completed.

FACT: Around 10,500 new residential condo units are

expected to be completed within 2009 to 2010. This is on
top of the more than 6,300 units that were completed in
2008.

The investor market has long seen the potential of

residential condominium developments as a high yielding
investment option.

BUT ARE THESE OPTIONS MEETING YOUR EXPECTATIONS?

As the global financial turmoil slows down the Philippine’s raging real estate boom, new
concepts are being introduced providing a much needed boost for the property sector.

accommodation alternatives, thereby strengthening our country’s position in the hotel
industry.

FACT: Visitor traffic has breached the 3

Million mark in 2007 and is seen to reach
the 5 Million mark by 2010.

Philippines continuous to enjoy a high
volume of foreign visitors indicating that
