S: 辣, we know, is ‘hot’. So, it’s ‘sour and hot’, suan la, in Chinese. ‘Hot and sour
soup’, suan la tang, say it, suan la tang.

M: And, sorry. Dui bu qi. DUI BU QI, dui bu qi.

S: Say it, sound sorry, dui bu qi, dui bu qi.
