Timp de preparare: 1 h30 min

Ingrediente:

Pieptul si pulpele de la o rata, 1 varza potrivit de mare, 2 ardei, 2 morcovi, 2 linguri sos de
rosii(bulion), verdeata (patrunjel, marar), 200 ml smantana, sare, piper

Mod de preparare:

Se taie varza, morcovii, ardeii (pot fi date si pe robot), se aseaza intr-o oala. Deasupra se
aseaza pieptul si pulpele de rata. Se adauga sare dupa gust. Se lasa sa fiarba (circa 1 h), la foc
potrivit. Spre sfarsitul prepararii se adauga bulionul, verdeturi (patrunjel, marar), piperul. Se
mai fierbe putin, iar la final se adauga smantana si se mai da un clocot.
