2 its membership in the health reform debate; and

4 Whereas, AMA executive leadership has not followed its own principles established by the AMA
5 House of Delegates; and

7 Whereas, AMA executive leadership has not been transparent with its members in its dealings
8 in health reform process; therefore be it

10 RESOLVED, That our American Medical Association House of Delegates issue a vote of no
11 confidence in the AMA Executive Vice President and CEO. (Directive to Take Action)
