Ingredients Instructions
*1 lb. ground turkey Brown turkey in skillet, season with salt
and pepper. Meanwhile, saute peppers and
*dash(es) of salt and pepper
onion. Combine all ingredients. Simmer for
*1 large onion, chopped
1.5 hours, stir frequently, and add more
*1 red bell pepper, chopped spice to taste. Makes about 12 servings.
*1 green pepper, chopped
*2 medium tomatoes, diced Misc.
*liberal amount of freshly chopped parsley Try it with bacon. Fry up 8 pieces of bacon,
*3 cloves garlic, minced crumble, and sprinkle into the chili before
*1 Jalapeño, diced serving.
