HE FURTHER ADVISED DURING SECOND OR THIRD MONTH IN SOLEDAD, HE HAD A MEETING WITH THE RESPECTIVE PRISON WARDEN, LIEUTENANT, AND COUNSELOR CONCERNING HIS PERSONAL DIFFERENCES WITH SUBJECT.

HE ADVISED AFTER THIS MEETING, HE AND SUBJECT WORKED OUT .PERSONAL DIFFERENCES AND BECAME CLOSE ASSOCIATES. HE ADVISED DURING THIS TIME SUBJECT OFFERED HIM ONE MILLION DOLLARS AND A CAR IN EXCHANGE FOR KILLING SENATOR KENNEDY. HE ADVISED HE DID NOT KNOW EDWARD KENNEDY WAS A SENATOR BUT KNEW HE WAS THE BROTHER OF ROBERT AND JOHN F. KENNEDY. HE ADVISED HE DECLINED THE

CONTRACT. HE ADVISED SUBJECT TOLD HIM TO CONTACT SUBJECT'S

MOTHER UPON HIS RELEASE FOR DETAILS IF HE ACCEPTED.

HE FURTHER ADVISED HE DOES NOT THINK SUBJECT MADE OFFER TO ANY OTHER INMATES. HE ADVISED THAT SUBJECT WAS CLOSE ONLY TO
