ON PAPER, HANK LOOKED LIKE A PERFECT SOLDIER – DISCIPLINED, COURAGEOUS, AND LOYAL. BUT, AS THE UNTIL ADMINISTRATION SOON LEARNED, IN PERSON HANK WAS JUST ANOTHER AGGRESSIVE BULLY ARMED WITH DANGEROUS WEAPONS.
