Print Reports and Graphs Directly from your Meter
Most blood glucose meters can be connected to a computer to upload their data to software
where it can be analyzed and turned into reports or graphs. The software, however, is usually
proprietary and can be used only with a particular brand of meter.

Of course, it also requires a computer.

Not everyone has or needs a computer. Not everyone has the ability to use a computer or to
figure out how to use the special software specially designed to upload data from their particu-
lar meter.

Now, not everyone needs to. With the DiaPrinter any meter user can simply attach their meter
to the printer, press a button and produce readable and useful reports and graphs suitable for
their own records and their medical charts.

The DiaPrinter is preprogrammed to print the last four weeks of data in a pair of reports cover-
ing two weeks each. Each of the two reports prints a logbook showing blood sugar readings by
date and time and a line graph showing the readings over the two week period. The top of each
report gives the dates covered and the date of the report, a blank line for entering the patient’s
name (which can be preprogrammed), the type of meter used and its serial number.
