Sangria

1 Bottle Red Wine 2 Oranges 1 Lemon 1 Lime 4-5 Large Ripe Strawberries 3-4 Blackberries 5 Raspberries 1 oz Triple Sec ½ oz Rose s Sweetened Lime Juice Small can of Pineapple in juice (including juice) 2 Tbs Sugar -----4 cups Ginger Ale

Juice 1 Orange, Lemon, Lime into large pitcher (without seeds). Add slices of rind from the citrus. Add 2 sliced Strawberries, Blackberries, and Raspberries, Triple Sec, Pineapple with Juice, Rose s Lime Juice, Sugar and Wine (I like a cheap Spanish Rioja - Campo Viejo, but an inexpensive cabernet sauvignon will do); Stir and refrigerate overnight. Add 4 cups of chilled Ginger Ale immediately before serving. Serve over Ice with fresh Orange and Strawberry slices.
