 Number of enquiries taken = 57


 Number of enrollments done = 29

 Number of test series enrollments = 56

 Number of enquiries for cat 11 = 9

 Created value for TIME Noida by making sure


that students get the best of services.

 Showing students that we actually care for


them by acting quickly and effectively.

 Managing 4 centre’s in Noida at the time of


AIMCAT 1120.

 Photocopy machine

How will it work…?

 Our efficiency and effectiveness will be


improved by this machine.

 Students are our customers here. We ought


to give them a distinct and fulfilling
experience.

For student satisfaction

 Weekly schedule should be mailed to


students.

 Water and other facilities at both centre’s.

 GD/PI seminar/workshop should be held once


in a month.

 T.I.M.E is having first mover advantage in this


particular sector.

 We, at Noida have build up a good repo with


working professionals from organizations
such as Adobe,Philips,NTPC,TCS e.t.c

 We also have a good brand name which help


us getting enrollments.

market segmentation
 At Noida centre we can tap the markets of both
Noida and Greater Noida.

 With high concentration of colleges in Greater


Noida we have an excellent opportunity to
expand.

 Every year we have many students from colleges


like Amity, IMS Noida & JIIT. Focus should be on
developing more clusters like this.

 Noida is all set to emerge as the largest


centre for GMAT in future because of its
proximity to organizations.

 A combo course for MAT and UPTU is


desirable for many students who are not
interested in CAT.

Conclusion

 Today we stand over many achievements but


in these tough times of competition we
always need to be on our toes.
 Education industry is growing and there are
many unexplored opportunities out there.
 We have been quiet successful with our
strategies so far but its time that we widen
the gap between us and our competitors.
