Cheese and Broccoli Soup Ingredients: ½ cup of butter or margarine 1 cup of all purpose flour 11 cups water 11 bouillon

cubes 3 Cups of shredded cheese 16oz bag of frozen broccoli (Chopped or Cut) 1 ½ tsp of salt 1 tsp of black pepper 1 cup of heavy whipping cream

Melt butter over medium heat. Add flour gradually until a thick paste forms and set aside Heat water over low heat with bullion until cubes are dissolved to make your stock Take one cup of the stock and add to the flour mixture. Whisk until smooth and set aside. Add broccoli, salt, and pepper to remaining stock and bring to a boil. Reduce to heat to medium/low and simmer for 20 minutes or until broccoli is tender. Add the stock/flour mixture a little at a time while whisking. Be sure no lumps of flour are left. Remove from heat. Add heavy whipping cream, followed by cheese (a cup at a time) until dissolved Serves 8 people
