COMPLAINT ABOUT E.ON

Thank you for your email received 15 July 2010.

After carefully reading through your correspondence I can see that you have issues surrounding
the payment plan with E.ON and also the telephone call you received a week early. I can also
see that EON have issued you an 8 Week Letter referring you to our service, however we are
unable to help. These issues fall outside of our remit due to them being classed as commercial
decisions. This means that we are not able to deal with your complaint.
