BELDING - A Belding teenage girl has been missing for 12 days now.

Brooke Danielle Bristol, 16, went to the Ionia Free Fair with friends July 24. She failed to return to her mother's Belding
residence - where she primarily resides - or her father's Saranac residence.

"I'm at the police station every day," said mother Jennifer Stoll Bristol. "It's getting really scary. Where's my daughter?"

Bristol is considered to be a runaway. Her mother thinks she may be with an older man. Bristol ran away before for two
days about month ago, according to her mother.

"She normally calls when she's going to spend the night at her friend's house," her mother said.

Her mother described Bristol as being cognitively and emotionally impaired and eager to please. She has a Facebook page
and other social media websites, but has not been active on them since her disappearance.

Bristol is set to enter the 10th grade at Belding High School this autumn. Her mother said the blonde teen has dyed her
hair black and has a piercing in her top left ear. She is 5 foot 4 inches tall and weighs about 140 pounds.

Pictures of Bristol have been circulated locally and several reports have been made to the Belding Police Department. The
reports have been credible, but have not led to the return of Bristol. One tip reported someone talked to Bristol on July 31
and tried to encourage her to return home.

The Center for Abused and Missing Children is also circulating information about Bristol.

Anyone who has seen Bristol recently or has any information about her is asked to call the Belding Police Department at
(616) 794-1900 ext. 226.
