I talked to Jeff and he said it was SBI that insisted they count it. How would the EA be redone...it is in
PF225 to be done.

Talk to (b) he said SWB instructed them to count it as fence. What I understand from talking to
Loren, these
(6) retro-fit segments were not identified as PF-225 and this is a new request (outside the
current footprint). I advised each sector to try and predict these scenarios early on. If this is the case,
they should understand that we are too far into the process and too tight on budget to build it under
PF225.

Otherwise, the EA process starts over and we have to reprioritize segments and possibly cut out others.

Again, it should get built but not this year.

I find it hard to fault them....nobody told them we couldn't rebuild ped for ped....SBI is the one that
insisted to claim that chain link not the sector.

Can you pick mine up before she gives it to someone else? Loren wants to sit down and discuss the
chain link issue. It looks like this is a new request that was over looked in the initial planning stage and
PF225 funding is in question and the EA doesn't cover it. Most likely, this will have to be an '09
project. I fault EPT for not recognizing this and making this an issue last March when we went over the
laydown. It should get built but will have to be separate projects.
