 WHY THIS TOPIC?

In today’s competition in the field of business, it is must for a company to have full
information about the opportunities available in the market before entering into a
new market. This enables the company to exploit the full potential of the market &
to meet the expectations of the customers. For this purpose, an effective survey is
required.

After going through the complete profile of the Cryobanks International Surveyor
knows about the services provided by the Cryobanks. It is a company which deals
with the preservation of stem cells blood bank which is completely new in Indian
market. Hence, I have chosen this topic keeping in mind that my survey work will
definitely help the organization in making strategies for marketing and promotion
of the products so I have chosen the topic …….

An awareness of stem cells blood bank in India
 EXECUTIVE SUMMARY

Human body is a complex system which often suffers from many diseases. This
problem has created business opportunity of pharmaceutical companies that are
providing cure and earning profit from it. Many of these diseases which were
thought to be incurable have now become curable by using stem cells of the
person. So, some companies found a business opportunities which can be
exploited and also help medical science in curing different ailments of human
system.

Cryobanks international was also an endeavor in this direction. There are also
other companies in this field which is a relatively new concept. In the complex
business environment, it is very appropriate that first a company understands the
market before it enters in to it, so it can optimally utilize the market potential and
make maximum profit. For this goal in mind, Cryobanks supported my project on
“Maternity to motherhood” - an awareness of blood bank in India.

In my research work I collected the required data from the pregnant mother and
from the gynecologists of various hospitals of east Delhi. . The research was
carried out among 100 respondents customers by using a structured questionnaire.
Research was to analyze the potential market for stem cells banking concept, new
opportunities, market share of Cryobanks International, comparison between
various stem cells banking companies in Indian market.
