CONTENTS
INRODUCTION
Adani Logistics Limited (ALL) provides integrated solutions for movement of
commodities.Towards its mission, Adani has secured an all- India license to manage container
train operations on Indian Railways.

In order to provide pan – India multi-modal-logistics services,Adani Logistics Limited, has


developed the facilities for movement of goods in containers by train, road and sea. ALL
developed and developing logistics parks is providing various ground facilities, including
aggrtegation, warehousing, holding, inspection, custom bonding, stuffing/ de- stuffing of Export
import (EXIM) and domestic cargo, and loading/unloading into railway wagons.

METHODOLOGY
INTRODUCTION OF THE PROJECT:-
This project was basically done to fulfill the objectives like-

1. To aware the people about I.C.D PATLI and MUNDRA PORT.


2. To know the reason why customers are not dealing with ALL.
3. What issues customers face while working with ALL.
4. What measures are to be followed to improve the services.

SAMPLE:-
The sample size was 50.Various manufacturing and logistics companies were targeted.

THE TOOLS:-

1.DATA COLLECTION-

Company brochures , marketing or exim deptt. ,internet and business magazines were used for
taking out the information of the sample most important was the questionnaire which was to be
filled by these companies.

2.DATA ANALYSIS-

The data was analysed on the basis of the judgement involved with senior persons.the
percentages were kept in mind while while taking out the results.

The results drawn from the sample size were satisfactory and the above facts were concluded

SUGGESTIONS AND CONCLUSIONS:-


There is a vast market to explore for ALL. It can use its brand name for business and try to
improve its services. Customer satisfactions should be primary thing and the tariff rates should
be competitive to others. As this company is just three years old it still has long way to go.
