C 0805 / C 0815
These slimline speaker grills have several advantages over traditional grills. They both
enable the speaker to be recessed into the body of the grill which results in a smaller hole
required in the ceiling. This in turn allows a greater distance between the outside of the
cutout and the fixing screws of the grill. This has been a major problem in the past with
smaller speakers, as the material left between the cutout and the fixing holes would often
break away. Both the C 0805 and C 0815 have push-in caps which conceal the fixing
screws, and both can be fixed to gypsum or plasterboard ceiling with the self-drilling and
tapping C 0825 'Gypsee' screws. The speaker can be mounted on the grill and then the
entire assembly mounted into place as one unit. Their ultra-slim profile makes them
suitable for architecturally sensitive applications.
C 0800
A traditional louvered style 200mm ceiling grill for PA applications. Includes moulded
mounting holes for a 200mm driver. These grills can be painted to match the surrounding
decor.
C 0810
A 100mm ceiling grill with push in caps to hide fixing screws. These grills have a low
profile and unobtrusive design ideal for architecturally sensitive applications, and can be
painted to match the surrounding decor.

DESCRIPTION
These quality loudspeakers form the backbone of public address and background music
systems. The drivers incorporate TDK magnets and dual cone construction for extended
frequency response. The line transformers are multi-tapped and are wound on high grade
silicon steel. This results in a high efficiency, wide range 100V line speaker capable of
meeting the demands of professional public address applications.
100mm and 200mm drivers are available with 5W line transformers fitted. Emergency
evacuation versions are also available, with or without line monitoring capacitors.
These are fitted with a 4 way terminal block, meeting the requirement of AS2220.

DESCRIPTION
The REDBACK C 2049 and C 2055 horn speakers are ideal for distributed paging
and emergency warning systems. Horn speakers have an intrinsically strong
midrange presence, and the REDBACK range have clear speech reproduction to
ensure intelligibility of announcements. They can be utilised in installations such
as schools, train and bus stations, airports, car parks and plant rooms. Power
taps are switch selectable to suit the power rating of the amplifier and the area to
be covered.

Both models are fitted with a 22µF bipolar capacitor for line monitoring, and a 4
core flying lead for loop-in and loop-out connections to meet the requirements of
evacuation systems (As detailed in the relevant Australian standards). The
speakers include nickel-chrome plated steel hardware.
