Chow Mein Rice Hotdish 1 lb hamburger 1 C celery, chopped 1 onion, chopped 2 cups water 2 T Worcestershire Sauce ½ cup raw

rice 2 cans cr of mushroom soup 4 T soy sauce

Brown hamburger, celery and onion. Add rest of ingredients and stir. Bake one hour at 350 degrees. Put chow mein noodles or Rice Noodles on top and bake ½ hour longer.
