材料:

綠豆芽..........1大碗

中國芹菜..........1根

紅蘿蔔............1條

香菇.............5大朵

調味料:

醬油膏..........1茶匙

鹽.............1/2茶匙

作法步驟:

1.綠豆芽洗淨備用;芹菜、紅蘿蔔、香菇切絲。

2.炒鍋入油燒熱,香菇絲先爆香,再放入紅蘿蔔絲、鹽煸炒,灑少許水

加蓋燜鍋。

3.待紅蘿蔔絲變軟,便放入綠豆芽、芹菜絲快炒,再加進醬油膏拌勻,

即可起鍋。
