材料:

芥菜...............2把

洋菇...............5朵

薑片..............適量

調味料:

鹽...............1茶匙

糖.............1/4茶匙

太白粉水.........適量

作法步驟:

1.將芥菜洗淨切成約5公分長段,煮鍋放水,水滾後加入少許鹽,再把芥

菜放入川燙約2分鐘,撈起備用。(加鹽的用意是讓川燙過的芥菜仍舊

保持原有的翠綠)把洋菇去蒂,切片。

2.炒鍋入油燒熱,放入薑片及芥菜煸炒,再加進所有調味料及洋菇片,

調好鹹淡味道後即可起鍋盛盤。
