Mefenamic Acid (Ponstel)

Classification: Anti-inflammatory drugs Indication: This medication relieves pain and reduces inflammation. It is used to treat headaches, menstrual cramps, muscle aches, dental pain and athletic injuries.

y Inhibits the biosynthesis of prostaglandin affecting the inflammatory process. y Also has an analgesic, antipyretic and anticoagulant effect.
