What is “ Knowledge” ?
“ Knowing what to do right things through experiences and education” (Albert Einstein ) Knowledge is not information. Knowledge is experience, everything else is information.

Data Information Knowledge Wisdom .. Enlightenment Muddling through Efficiency Effectiveness Explicability Bread, clearly

know-nothing know-how know-what know-why know-for-sure

“ Knowledge is a tree, technologies are fruits ”
Structure of technology
(1) Hardware : Physical structure or logical layout. This is “ the means” to carry out required tasks.

(2) Software

: The set of rules, guidelines, and algorithms. This is “know-how ” to carry out tasks.

(3). Brainware

: Deploying the hardware / software in a particular way. This is the “know-what and know-why ” of technology.

You can fit yourself ? Which part ?

The simple definition : Knowledge = Experiences 100 % = ? Education + ? +

We don’t say… equally .. but there are two parts. Wisdom is knowledge knowing “What to do” Skill is knowing ……………… “ How to do”

Some people poorly think !
There are many areas where most people think rather poorly -such as philosophy, psychology, freedom, religion, politics, economics, health, etc.

Turning into

Knowledge in itself is not power; rather the application of knowledge is where power lies. They say a little learning is a dangerous thing. Well too much learning can lead to paralysis and a lack of decisive, timely action.

“ the ability to influence the behavior of others" “the capacity to restructure actual situations”. Power is not power OVER others. ( Not forcing to do ) Power is ability to GET THINGS DONE. ( Inspiring to do )

"The Power in Life is

– Craig

"One of the greatest powers in the universe is individual power of choice. And the most powerful choices are positive choices."
-- Frederick "Power isMann ultimately about control of resources” …Joe Magee

Why Have So Few Succeeded ?
One reason is that it takes time to improve yourself.

 Another reason is that most people are severely deficient in many thinking skills.

Helplessness is the opposite of power. Many people stuck in helplessness and hopelessness.

Three important aspects: motivationally, cognitively, and emotionally.

“ You must be able to control consequences or outcomes.”

Mahatma Gandhi had never accepted any political office. He never used violence. He never threatened violence. He was a small, frail, little man. Yet he defeated the armed might of the British Empire. He drove the British out of India without firing a single shot. How did he do it ? PERSONAL POWER. Personal power moves mountains. Personal power solves problems.

  

“ May I have an orange, please ? " Not forcing to do. Just inspiring to do.

The application of powermessages

The disobedience of Gandhi and his followers were more powerful than the guns of the British .

1. Stop looking for easy and start “ Doing” Effective today.
2. Face your fears. 3. When nice isn’t . (nice) . 4. Stop being a victim. 5. Win respect through your actions. 6. Keep re-inventing yourself. 7. Value yourself. 8. Fiercely protect your brand.

The biggest problem in the world was that individuals experienced themselves as powerless. Today this is still our biggest problem.
Lao Tzu

“ Will to nature.

Power ”

is the essence of human

Optimism is a choice - not an inheritance. Once you begin to understand your own personal wimp and recognize when it exerts its influence over you, you can begin to overcome it.

If you're stuck in some destructive habit, change it

There are number of Powers :

         Social Power Constitutional Personal Positional Economic Military Political National Knowledge Technological Power…. Etc.

What type of power do you have

   

Social Power Managerial Power Political Power Military Power -

“ Inspiring to do” “To get things done” “An action over the actions” “Supremacy”

Hyper power - the post Cold War “USA”
( Hellenistic empire, Chinese empire, Persian empire, Roman empire, British empire.)

Super power – “Great power plus great mobility of power”
( USA, Soviet Union, British empire )

in 2007, Chinese President Hu Jintao made a speech at the 17th Communist Party Congress that China needed to increase its soft power, and the American Secretary of Defense Robert Gates spoke of the need to enhance American soft power .

National Power : is also used to describe the “Resources”
and “Capabilities” of state. "Power is the capacity to direct the decisions and actions of others. Power derives from strength and will. Strength comes from the transformation of resources into capabilities.

Three kind of Thinking process

Mechanical - Intuition - Strategic

 

Smart people & dump people Smart people are so smart that they can spell out every detail of the corporation’s strategy for three to five years into the future. Dump people never got the big picture. Tenure based promotion to skill based.

 

Two radically different life-orientations can be distinguished: The reactive-responsive orientation, characterized by reacting and responding to events and external conditions; (b) by you in your The creative orientation, characterized being the predominant creative power life. (a) -

 KP is based on knowledge & it’s application.  energy. Knowing “What” and it’s level of
