Dandelion and daisy

A day of drab and drear I arrive and you are not there I drove I drove not far but near to the house wherein is our home. My head hung low, I pull the door, my gate swung slow and not wide at all. I venture in to the garden green, the grass all chopped and lying lean Life sprung back at a site so clear, A daisy and a dandelion here. Such life and hope so clear. My mind to you referred and now my life returns, though absent in body I know you're near. Your love to me is simply dear. By: E Bayniah S BaynLevy (02-10-2010).
