6probably more than I recall, but I really don't know.

9make the cut, some have to be eliminated for budgetary
10or other reasons; or is it the ordinary course that most

12 A. I don't know what the trend is with the Sunset
13process.

15what I'm looking for to figure out what the pass/fail
16rate is. I mean, do 90 percent of the agencies pass
17muster or do 50 percent of the agencies pass muster?
