ERRATA: Page 1, Line 20 Insert “Operations Group” before “Chairman” Page 2, Lines 10-11 Remove the following two sentences: “Five text messages were sent: at 1704, 1706, 1731, 1735, and 1743. our text messages were received: at 1725, 1733, 1741, and 1744.” Replace these sentences with: “Text message activity during this time period (1700-1745 Pacific Standard Time) could not be determined. “According to the cellular phone service provider for the phone belonging to the right rear seat crewmember, due to uncertainty in the exact routing of text messages, the timestamp for any given message reflects either: 1) Central time zone or 2) Eastern time zone. There is no method available to determine which of these two time zones is used for the timestamp of any text message.”
