What is the difference of Sprain and Strain? ¨ Sprain It is an injury to a ligament. . tough. It holds your skeleton together in a normal alignment. fibrous tissue that connects bones together. Ligament . either a ligament will be stretched or torn apart.a thick.

Grade 2: moderate tearing of the ligaments. stiffness.The casualty can still walk.  Grade 3 : a complete tearing of the ligament. ligament. .(+ severe pain then afterwards complete absence of pain) . 2: ligaments. and pain. .
