ေဆာင္ႀကီးမ်ား၊ ဒီမိုကေရလႈပ္ရွားသူမ်ားအားလုံး ေပါင္းရုံး စုစည္း၍ တုိင္းရင္းသားျပည္သူလူထုအားလုံးမွီတင္း
ေနထိုင္ေသာျပည္ေထာင္စုျမန္မာႏုိင္ငံေတာ္ကုိ တျပည္ေထာင္စနစ္လည္း မဟုတ္၊ ခြဲထြက္ေရးစနစ္လည္း
မဟုတ္၊ ဒီမိုကေရစီႏွင့္ လူမ်ိဳးတိုင္း တန္းတူအခြင့္အေရးကုိ အေျခခံေသာ ဖက္ဒရယ္ျပည္ေထာင္စု စနစ္ျဖင့္
တည္ေဆာက္ရန္ တုိင္းရင္းသားျပည္သူအားလုံး အတူလက္တြဲၿပီး ဒုတိယပင္လုံ ညီလာခံေခၚယူ က်င္းပႏုိင္ေရး
ဆုံးျဖတ္ခ်က္ ေၾကညာစာတမ္းအား မိမိတို႔ ျမန္မာႏိုင္ငံလုံးဆိုင္ရာ သံဃာ့တပ္ေပါင္းစု အဖြ႔ႀဲ ကီးမွ ႀကိဳဆိုေထာက္ခံ
ပါေၾကာင္း ထုတ္ျပန္ ေၾကညာအပ္ပါသည္။
နာဂစ္မုန္တုိင္းေဘးဒဏ္ခံ ျပည္သူမ်ား၏ အသက္ေပါင္းမ်ားစြာကုိ စေတးၿပီး အတည္ျပဳခဲ့ေသာ (၂၀၀၈) အေျခခံ
ဥပေဒသည္ ျပည္သူအားလုံး၏ ဘဝမ်ား၊ အခြင့္အလမ္းမ်ားကို ရိုက္ခ်ိဳး ဖ်က္ဆီးပစ္မည့္ နည္းလမ္းမ်ားျဖင့္သာ
ေရးဆြဲထားျခင္းျဖစ္္၍ အဆိုပါ ဥပေဒကုိ အႏၱရာယိကဓမၼ ဟုသာ ယုံၾကည္ေၾကာင္းႏွင့္ မၾကာမီ ရက္ပုိင္းအတြင္း
စစ္အာဏာရွင္မ်ား ျပဳလုပ္မည့္ ႏိုဝင္ဘာ(၇)ရက္ ေရြးေကာက္ပသ
ဲြ ည္လည္း လတ္တေလာ ျဖစ္ေပၚခဲ့သည့္
ဂိရိမုန္တုိင္းဒဏ္ခံေဒသရွိ ျပည္သူတုိ႔အေရး လစ္လ်ဴရႈကာ မိမိတုိ႔ အာဏာရရွိေရး အတြက္သာအေရးထားေသာ
ေၾကာင့္ တိုင္းရင္းသား လူမ်ိဳးစုအားလုံးအတြက္ တန္းတူညီတူ ေနထိုင္ေရးႏွင့္ ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေရးကုိ ရရိွႏိုင္ရန္
မဆိုထားႏွင့္ သင့္ျမတ္ ညီညြတ္ေရးကုိပင္ လုပ္ေဆာင္ေပးႏိုင္စြမ္း မရိွႏိုင္သလို ပိုမို၍ပင္ ဖိႏွိပ္ခ်ဳပ္ခ်ယ္ဖို႔ရန္
အတြက္သာ ျဖစ္ေသာေၾကာင့္… ၎ေရြးေကာက္ပြဲကိုလည္း လုံးဝ အယုံအၾကည္ မရိွ ကန္႔ကြက္ေၾကာင္း
ေၾကညာ အပ္ပါသည္။
ယခု ကေလးၿမိဳ႕ ေၾကညာခ်က္သည္ တုိင္းရင္းသားလူမ်ိဳးစုအားလုံးအတြက္ မိမိတို႔၏ လိုအပ္ခ်က္မ်ားကို
ျဖည့္ဆည္းေပးႏုိင္ရုံမက ေတြ႔ဆုံေဆြးေႏြး ညႇိႏႈိင္းျခင္းျဖင့္သာ စစ္မွန္ေသာ ဒီမုိကေရစီ ေပၚေပါက္ေရးႏွင့္
အမ်ိဳးသားျပန္လည္ သင့္ျမတ္ ညီညြတ္ေရးတို႔ကို ေဖာ္ေဆာင္ေပးလိမ့္မည္ဟု အျပည့္အဝ ယုံၾကည္မိပါသည္။

အသီးသီးအပါအဝင္ တိုင္းရင္းသားျပည္သူတရပ္လုံး အေနနဲ႔လည္း မိမိတို႔၏ ေဒသအသီးသီးမွာ ဖိႏွိပ္မႈမ်ား
ခ်ဳပ္ၿငိမ္း၍ ေအးခ်မ္းသာယာၿပီး တန္းတူညီမွ် ကိုယ္တိုင္ဖန္တီးခြင့္မ်ား ဖြံ႔ၿဖိဳးတိုးတက္ေအာင္ စြမ္းေဆာင္ေပးႏိုင္

Statement on ABMA to support Kalay Declaration calling for the convening of a

second Panglong conference and boycott on the 2010 election

We All Burma Monks Alliance made a statement today that We All Burma Monks
Alliance support to Kalay Declaration calling for the convening of a second
Panglong conference with leaders of all ethnic group, politic leaders and all
activist people for the establishment of the genuine Federal Union democratic
system in our country Burma, rather than serving blindly by looking own benefit
under the leading of military dictatorship governing policy held its 22nd founding
day ceremony on 24th October 2010 in Kalaymyo, Sagaing Division.
We believe the grave violation of the so-called Nargis Constitution 2008 as
ANTARAYIKA-DHAMMA (the precarious Constitution) for the people of Burma
and we could not agree to the November 7 national election that continue forced
and unfair, neglected the recent victims of Giri cyclone and boycott.
This Kalay Declaration calling for the convening of a second Panglong conference
will be our lifeline as the current activities of the military regime do not include
ethnic rights.
So we suggest to all of political parties, democratic activists and ethnic group to
support to this statement and join and to use the instruments of all of us bring
about a genuine change and true democracy for the people of Burma.
