education providers to bring students in to the UK.

This is a UK Government system and Kaplan has a duty as your sponsor to update your records and report absence on a regular basis.

We are proud to be sponsoring your studies and as such we have a duty to maintain records of your attendance.
- You must attend your scheduled lectures and swipe your tensor card or sign the class register.
- If you can not attend lectures for any reason you must inform us.
- If you attend lectures after 10am you will be marked as absent.

Withdrawal of Sponsorship
If any student
- signs in for another student
- signs in and leaves before the lecture is completed

We will withdraw your sponsorship and your leave to remain in the UK will be terminated

Smoking

Evacuation in case of emergency
