Preheat grill, and remove steaks from refrigerator for about 20-30 minutes prior to grilling. Place steaks on hot oiled grill to put a char on each side, then move steaks to a cooler part of the grill to continue cooking for 6-7 minutes. (This is what I did for the Tbone, the thin cut ribeye's grilled for 2-3 minutes per side.) Remove steaks from grill and allow to rest for 7-8 minutes.
