Make sure you have all ingredients : 6 eggs, 1 C unsalted butter, 1 8oz. Cream Cheese- cut, 2 ¾ C sugar, 1 teaspoon Kosher salt, 4 teaspoons vanilla extract, 3 C sifted cake flour. 2. Beat the eggs and butter then toss some cream cheese in while continuously beating. 3. Gradually add half the sugar and continue beating. 4. Finish adding the other half of sugar and add salt. 5. Add the vanilla then finally add the flour. 6. Take a bundt pan and cover with non sticking spray. 7. Pour the batter in evenly and drop a few times to get the air bubbles out. 8. Bake in cake in 300 degree oven for 1 hour and 10 minutes. Note: Make sure you do not preheat the oven, this helps keep moisture.
