Tugas dan Tanggung Jawab Divisi Marketing Ringkasan Pekerjaan : ³Bertanggung jawab terhadap seluruh kegiatan di divisi marketing, strategi pemasaran, penggunaan SDM yang efisien dan pengembangan sistem marketing untuk meningkatkan pendapatan secara optimal.´ 1. Bersama-sama dengan Marketing Eksekutif menyusun rencana dan kebijakan mengenai jenis dan penjualan produk dan jasa, alur kerja divisi marketing, SOP, serta penentuan target penjualan. (20%) 2. Mengatur kegiatan SDM di divisi marketing agar berlangsung secara efektif dan efisien. Melaksanakan dan secara rutin mengawasi seluruh kegiatan dan elemen pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh divisi marketing untuk mencapai target penjualan. (20%) 3. Melakukan pengawasan terhadap laporan dari Marketing Executive. Membuat laporan dan melakukan tugas-tugas administratif yang berhubungan dengan kewajiban sebagai Marketing Manager. (20%) 4. Merencanakan, mengkoordinasi, dan mengawasi pelaksanaan tugas Marketing Executive dalam divisi Marketing maupun lintas divisi, dalam usaha menjalankan tugas dan kewajiban divisi marketing untuk mencapai target yang ditentukan. (20%) 5. Mengembangkan kemampuan divisi marketing melalui perencanaan dan pelaksanaan bimbingan, orientasi, dan pelatihan. Bersama-sama dengan staf HRD dan eksekutif lain, melakukan penilaian dan evaluasi kinerja seluruh anggota divisi marketing, dan menyusun sistem penghargaan dan hukuman atas kinerja dan pencapaian target. (20%) 6. Melaksanakan kewajiban-kewajiban yang berkaitan seperti yang ditugaskan atau seperti yang ditentukan oleh situasi.

Pendidikan dan Pengalaman: 1. Latar belakang pendidikan adalah minimal S1, pendidikan di bidang Manajemen atau Marketing diutamakan namun tidak diwajibkan. 2. Menguasai MS Office: Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, dan Power Point. 3. Menguasai bahasa Inggris aktif. 4. Memiliki pengalaman kerja minimal 3-5 tahun, pengalaman sebagai sales, supervisor, atau pengalaman di bidang marketing diutamakan namun tidak diwajibkan.
