COUNCIL DECISION
of 23 February 1998
appointing a member of the Advisory Committee of the Euratom Supply Agency

THE COUNCIL OF THE EUROPEAN UNION,

Having regard to the Treaty establishing the European Atomic Energy Community, and in
particular the second and third paragraphs of Article 54 thereof,

Having regard to Article X of the Statutes of the Euratom Supply AgencyØ(Î), as last amended
by Decision 95/1/EC/Euratom/ECSC of 1 January 1995Ø(Ï),

Having regard to the Council Decision of 27 June 1997 appointing the members of the
Advisory Committee of the Euratom Supply AgencyØ(Ð),

Having regard to the opinion of the Commission,

Whereas a member’s seat on the aforementioned Committee has become vacant following
the resignation of Ms Ulrike DOLEZAL, which was brought to the Council’s attention on
12ÙNovemberÙ1997;

Whereas this vacancy should be filled;

Having regard to the nomination submitted by the German Government on 12 November


1997,

HAS DECIDED:

Sole Article
Mr Klaus MÜLLER-HELLE is hereby appointed a member of the Advisory Committee of the
Euratom Supply Agency for the remainder of the Committee’s term of office, that is until
28ÙMarchÙ1999.
