Mr Di Lello Finuoli introduced his report, drawn up on behalf of the Committee on Citizens’ Freedoms and
Rights, Justice and Home Affairs, on the communication from the Commission to the Council and the
European Parliament on the mutual recognition of final decisions in criminal matters (COM(2000) 495 
C5-0631/2000  2000/2295(COS)) (A5-0145/200).
