Partnership including Garner Vs. Murray rule, Amalgamation of Firms, Sale of firm to a
Company and Conversion of a firm to a company, Gradual Realisation of Assets and Piece Meal
Distribution.

Computerised Accounting: its meaning, Features and Limitations, Manual Accounting versus
Computerised Accounting: Fundamental aspects, Modules and Auditing of Computerised
