Hi and welcome to the meditation group. I wish you a warm welcome from the start of this exciting journey you are about to go on. There are TWO main reasons for this group. 1. To become Enlightened and free from the 3rd dimension 2. To change the world we live in through group meditations If you wish to know a little about me please check my profile. I had better apologise before hand for the spelling! This is a basic start and may seem boring to some but it is a necessary start. Ok, well we will start with the most important lesson of all PROTECTION. But to properly learn protection we must learn how to breath. For those who have some knowledge I want you to forget what you have learnt as this is possibly disinformation used to enslave your souls.

Lesson 1
The breath, Lets start with a little intro. The tarot deck starts with the Fool, the rest of the cards symbolise his journey through to enlightenment. The Fool is often holding a flute and this symbolises the mastery of the breath. This is the first lesson to achieve enlightenment. Technique 1: Inhale slowly through your nose, visualise and imagine energy being drawn in to your base chakra (the bottom of your spine, the tail ) and with this inhale, draw up that energy through the 7 chakra s to the crown charka illuminating each one. (just imagine this, in time you will be able to see without having to imagine it) Do not worry about the colours you can just use each chakra as the colour of the sun as this is purifying and empowering the charka unblocking any negativity. Where the chakra s are on the human body?. From the bottom up is , The base chakra, reproductive area, the stomach, the heart, the throat, the 3rd eye and then the crown chakra. 2, Hold for a count of four for new people, a count of ten and for advanced meditators. This should be the same count throughout the meditation. 3. Exhale slowly through your nose and visualize and focus upon energy being drawn into your crown chakra and with the exhale, direct this energy back down through all of your chakras to the base, illuminating each one.

Technique 2 THE BREATH OF FIRE, known as "Kapalabhati" (purification of the nasal passage and lungs) 1. Contract your abdominal muscles, forcefully, creating an exhale (don t hold your breath), by sucking your stomach in real hard and fast. Immediately relax and air will enter the top part of your lungs by itself. Use the rapid contractions of your abdominal muscles to inhale and exhale with this exercise. The contractions should be rhythmic. 2. Practice a few times, and get a feel for it. 3. Do 20 in a row, in and out, using your abdominal muscles in rapid succession at the end of the 20th breath, exhale, inhale and fill your lungs, contract your anus, lower your chin to your chest, hold your breath as long as you comfortably can- DO NOT PUSH YOURSELF! 4. Exhale slowly. The above constitutes one round. The exhalation should be brief, and the inhalation should be passive and longer. Rounds are increased by adding the number of pumps with your abdominal muscles. First, try doing three sets of 20 pumps and then after some time, increase to 30, then 40 until you are doing 60. What this breathing exercise does: 1. It increases the amount of oxygen in the body 2. It increases the amount of heat- alchemists in the Gothic and medieval times were referred to as "puffers" and the bellows by the fireplace in alchemy paintings was symbolic of this exercise. Do these excises at least twice a day. I now need to brief you up on aura s for the next part of the training so I will explain the aura in layman terms then get onto the exercises for protection. Everything has an aura, whether it is living or inanimate. The aura is an energy field created by the vibrating atoms and molecules that comprise all matter. The universe itself vibrates to a certain frequency and the gravity that holds everything together is electromagnetic in nature. Everyone s aura is as unique as his or her own fingerprints. No two auras are alike. The aura can be used to protect, attract, influence, maim, or even kill. This field of bioelectricity surrounding living things can be programmed using the power of one s mind. Those who are trained and have an active third eye can see auras clearly and discern much personal information just by reading the colour, strength, size and shape of one s aura. I will teach you to see and read aura s later. To strengthen and build your aura, you must take in energy. This can be done through power meditation. The Energy Meditation is excellent for charging up your aura. Hatha (physical) Yoga and Tai Chi also help to strengthen and build the aura. Both of these disciplines tend to balance the auric energies as well. Cleaning your aura is very important. A clean healthy aura strengthens the immune system and prevents harmful energies from invading one s body. Nearly all harmful entities are invisible to the naked eye. Energies, as most physicists know, can be broken down into sub-atomic particles, for example, light can be broken down into photons. The energy radiated by a powerful aura will burn these harmful energies and entities up before they can do any harm. A powerful aura gives health, happiness, charisma, and energy. People with weak auras are usually in poor health and are depressed. Our personal energies act on our environments and direct our fate. People who have weak auras are usually prone to misfortune.

Lesson 2
Programming ones aura. Start by shutting your eyes and breath in the colour of the sun. (If you have trouble imagining the colour of the sun please use electric blue instead) With the inhale breathe let the colour meet in the middle of your body, packing it in brighter and brighter. With the exhale, keep expanding it. The energy should grow brighter and brighter. Affirm: My aura is very powerful and is protecting me at all times. Always affirm as in the now . Eg: do not say my aura will be as that is not in the now and all you are asking is that you will be .but when. Its all about the now. This a good exercise to be done on a regular basis, for building a strong, protective energy field. For health, A lot of energy is needed for healing. Breathing in energy from the Sun is excellent for empowering one s aura. The Sun also contains all of the colours of the chakra s in their most pure and vibrant states. The Sun is one of the most powerful sources of energy there is. When one is ill, there is an imbalance in the chakras ruling over the body part/s that are injured or ill. To heal, you must work breath in the colour of the sun into the appropriate chakra. Breathe in the colour of the sun into the ruling charka (if the problem is lungs the closest charka would be the heart) and affirm: I am breathing in __(name of color)__ energy that is balancing my __chakra__ and healing my_______. Do this 4 times. The auras of others can also be worked with and programmed. Healing others: Visualize a powerful white-gold (colour of the sun) aura surrounding and glowing about the loved one. Affirm: I am putting powerful healing energy into ______'s aura; this energy is effectively fighting the _______ and restoring him/her to perfect health. In cases of serious illness, this may have to be done often every day. Healing others can be extremely draining. If you are inexperienced, remote healing is best.From reading the above, you should by now be getting the idea and able to improvise your own affirmations. The true colours you can use for protection are ONLY THESE. 1.Electric blue 2.The colour of the sun. Please only use these colours for protection, You may have heard of use a bright white light, This was invented by the enemy to pinpoint people and steal energy. Do NOT use white. I know this may sound incredibly boring for some but we have to start from the beginning. What I have just written is very basic so everyone from all levels can start. We will be getting to some very exciting training later on. This will include, Levitation, Telekinesis, Mind reading, becoming clairvoyant/audient to name but a few. OK people this is still LESSON 1 but PART 2 Please make sure you protect yourselves each time you before you do any form of spiritual work. Void meditation trains your mind so you can focus during spiritual work and in every day life so your mind brings you the desired result. 1. and people who are more aware or sensitive will be able to pick up on our thoughts and feelings telepathically. There are TWO main reasons for this group. The Japanese Ninja use this technique to avoid being detected while carrying out important missions that require one to advance or infiltrate. You get your mind to be completely still for a specified length of time. and a sense of inner peace. Just keep bringing your mind back to focus. It definitely helps to do some breathing exercises beforehand to induce a trance state.Meditation program 1 part 2 Our end goal of this training program is to change world events through group meditation while at the same time to reach enlightenment. Void Meditation "Void Meditation" is what is known as "stilling the mind. There are several techniques for void meditation. For those who have trouble visualising try these methods. chances are you will quickly fall asleep. Always try to meditate when you are fully awake and alert. Some people find meditating after a heavy meal causes the mind to be easily distracted. Power meditation. Before you know it. being able to control your thoughts instead of your thoughts controlling you (as with the average person). Void meditation is essential. Void meditation will train your mind to be silent so others will not know what you are thinking." The benefits of void meditation are the ability to turn off unwanted thoughts and influences at will. as thoughts will come into your head continually. The goal is to turn off all of your thoughts and focus on the here and now. Power meditation which will come later changes the strength of our thoughts and it is very important to be able to control thoughts and to turn them off or focus them at will.

a second hand on a clock.1. get your entire mind to be completely still and free of any thoughts for a specified amount of time with no thoughts or music in your head. You can put yourself deeper and deeper into a trance with a feeling of falling. This is normal. this falling sensation that often accompanies a deep trance can make you feel dizzy. When your eyes are open. Everyday void meditation: Void meditation can be done anywhere and at any time with just focusing on the here and now and concentrating totally on whatever you are doing. Now. To stop the sensation. For people who are new. This is normal. Intermediate and advanced practitioners can go anywhere from 15 minutes to however long they feel is essential. This method works best for those of you who are una ble to secure any privacy. you may fall asleep. focus on the front of your body. Many choose to meditate on a candle flame. You should focus on being in the here and now. but this is an individual choice and use whatever method works best. If you choose to close your eyes. Breathing exercises are optional. Just set a goal to focus on the here and now for a specific amount of time each day and you will benefit. or even a piece of lint on your clothing. Your mind should be a total blank. 2. Void meditation can be done with your eyes open or closed. This is a simple method of breathing that will induce a trance state: * Breathe in for a count of 7. For meditation with your eyes open: Choose something small to focus on. you will more than likely see a mist around objects as you settle into a trance state. For beginners. The important thing is to concentrate on your object of choice For meditation with your eyes closed: Focus inside of yourself and relax. . five minutes is fine. This can be a point on the wall. * Hold your breath for a count of 7 * Exhale for a count of 7 Repeat this several times until you feel relaxed.

Advanced Void Meditation: * Visualize an object and hold the image in your mind. 1. Don't scratch any itches. * Focus on a specific emotion. Many martial arts masters meditate under cold waterfalls. This is definitely a needed ability for any spiritual practice and focusing your mind power. * Focus on a specific texture. Do NOT move. be sure to start out gradual. will give one total control over one's mind and emotions. * Focus on a specific chant or sound. This is what the advanced yogis do. Make sure these are taken from a Yoga or Tai Chi book. for obvious reasons. in snow or other painful conditions. One common chant used is the OM mantra. These techniques. running your fingers back and forth across velvet or a terry towel. 2. when mastered. Ignore any physical fatigue or mental fatigue. sadness. * Focus on a specific odor or taste. just ignore them and stay focused. it will fade in and out." You breathe in and on the exhale. . Just continue to remain focused. chant a specific mantra or tone of your choice. or Ohm. This will also increase your resistance to pain. Running and meditating. Get into a comfortable position. increases endurance both mentally and physically. one will not freeze up or panic with fear and the odds of one's survival will greatly increase. while retaining intense focus. A cold shower can be substituted. focusing on your running steps.anger. One's physical health must be built up here. This is a discipline that is taught in many Martial Arts schools where one learns to ignore pain. 3. hate. and extreme inner strength. As with anything new. You can choose an emotion going by how you feel on a specific day. Advanced void meditation that includes adding physical positions trains both your mind and develops an iron will. Muscle cramps may come and go. it will remain longer and longer. love. If one faces death. Add uncomfortable and/or awkward positions. happiness. At first. This strengthens the mind for physical combat and drastically increases your sense of self-confidence. so that they are physically beneficial. You can do this either aloud or in your head. This is what is known as a "mantra. for example. but as you progress. Keep your entire body still.

as this will naturally calm the nervous system. This mental falling effect. and get up and walk around for a few minutes. There is a very slight humming feeling in your body. reanimate your body. To bring yourself out of the trance: Concentrate on moving your fingers or toes. feel yourself holding still on the ladder. Once your level of brain wave activity reaches Alpha you will enter a trance. you should no longer be able to feel your body. feel yourself falling on the exhale and holding on the inhale. stop the mental falling exercise. .e. each of us is individual and some may find this easier than others. Breathe in for a count of 7. 6. depending on your experience with deep relaxation and mental calmness. It feels a bit like putting a cardboard box over your head in the dark. Persistence and consistency are everything here. just imagine you can feel yourself doing it. Do not lie down because you might fall asleep.. It s like everything goes fuzzy or slightly blurred. imagine you are in a lift [elevator]. The time it takes to enter trance will vary. i. 1. hold for a count of 7 and then exhale for a count of 7. Imagine you are a feather. To get into a trance state takes practice. Do this breathing until you are completely relaxed. If you don t like the ladder. This is analogous to turning off the electricity to a room or a building in order to fix the wiring. On the exhale. just bring your attention to the front of your body and this will stop. If you get dizzy or disoriented. What is needed is a mental falling effect inside your mind. Ideally. 4. A trance feels like: Everything gets quieter and you feel like you are in a much bigger place. Don t visualize a ladder. The active left side of the brain blocks out any attempts to access the passive right side where the seat of the unconscious is. Performing breathing exercises before trance is highly recommended. Now. You need a mental falling effect to lower your level of brain wave activity. This changes the level of brain wave activity from the awake level (Beta) to the asleep level (Alpha) or the deep sleep level (Theta). shake your head. let go of the ladder and free fall backwards. while in trance are painful. flex your hands. feel yourself climbing a step or two down the ladder. Or. when combined with deep relaxation and mental calmness. 5. Remember. Everything feels different. Once you can move a finger or toe. will cause you to enter the trance state. Imagine you are climbing down a ladder in the dark. Any sharp noises. move your arms. Keep doing this for as long as it takes.Trance A deep trance makes it possible to access the subconscious mind and to program it as we see fit. Sit comfortably. you can feel the atmosphere change. Once you get the heavy feeling. feel yourself floating down on the exhale and holding still on the inhale. The right side of the brain is where we can program our minds to manifest what we want in reality. 3. On the inhale. 2. The important thing is to be persistent and patient with yourself.

The right side is the seat of the subconscious. our senses are extremely heightened. but for specific workings. we must train our minds. especially a deep one.the left logical/intellectual masculine side and the right creative/intuitive feminine side. . There are two sides to the brain. Being startled and pulled out of a trance the wrong way can be extremely painful and the pain can last for days. this exercise will be an introduction to a part of the mind that has never even been accessed before. a deep trance is often necessary.What this exercise does: In order to advance in psychic power. especially if you are doing energy work in this state. It takes training to be able to induce a deep trance state. it is not necessary to always go into a deep trance to work with your mind. When the left side of our brain is active in thinking. Deep trance states are not always necessary. our brain waves slow down considerably. so make sure you are in a room or area where you are left alone and the phone is turned off. This is the area of the mind that is open to suggestion and programming and the seat of our astral power. Trance states shut off the left side so we can access and program the right side (subconscious). The mind is like a muscle and for most people. It is normal when in a trance state for any sounds to be very painful. When we are in a trance state. This is because in this state. The trance state is used to train your mind. With very important or difficult workings. they are very important. It is very important to never be startled out of a trance state. An adept can place themselves in a deep trance within seconds at will. this becomes easier and easier and takes less and less time as we become adept. the right side cannot be accessed. Once we train our minds to go deeper and deeper into a trance. In closing.

you will discover many so-called "supernatural" powers within yourself when you empower your chakras. This mudra can be used at any time during regular meditation on the third eye. there is usually just blackness depending on how active your 3rd eye is. Release your breath slowly through your mouth and vibrate: OH-OH-OH-TH-TH-TH in one long exhale (vibrate the sound one time per exhale. The color of the third eye is brilliant white. Don't get discouraged if you cannot find it. This can take some experimenting. Regular meditation on the third eye should follow to completely open it up and establish an energy uptake. Feeling pressure here or a knot is normal after the above exercise is completed. You need to do this exercise for 4 days in a row. just keep on going. preferably 24 hours apart. and mental ailments will often occur miraculously. 5. for people who are left-handed. it is important to meditate on your third eye to get the energy flowing. Sit with your back straight. Then it is a done deal and you will have performed the initial step of opening and activating your third eye. at the spot where the cuticle ends. Like scrying into a mirror. Try to get it to the correct vibration where you can feel it in your forehead. When the chakras are correctly aligned and empowered. Opening the Third eye charka This exercise is done with a specific tone and chant. then possibly swirling colors and shapes like a kaleidoscope. It is very important the above exercise be done for FOUR consecutive days. Breathe in through your nose and on the exhale vibrate OTH. Your tongue will be vibrating between your teeth. It may take a few seconds to adjust this to where you feel it in the middle of your forehead (3rd eye). you will know you have the correct spot. this way it will fully open. 1. Just do the best you can. Further work is needed and must be consistent to reap maximum results. It should be apparent in those who have naturally stronger auras. The thumbnail should press on the side of the finger as shown. as with the Yogic "humming breath"). even though your eyes are closed. the effects can be felt hours later. Keep this position throughout the meditation. Do the above 4 times in a row and then relax. 7. Just close your eyes and "look" at the 3rd eye in the middle of your forehead. 6. When you feel a very faint electrical shock. This usually diminishes in time. Remember to keep your gaze soft and relaxed. . At first. the colors and shapes will give way to images when you do the meditation long enough and regularly. 4. You may have to try as many as ten to fifteen times or more to get it right. It is important to relax and not to strain your eye muscles. healing of both physical. After you are finished. This exercise only gets it going. align your third eye correctly by visualizing it point end facing inside as illustrated at left. your right hand should make a fist around your left index finger. Now.Opening your Chakra s Opening your chakra s will open your spiritual eyes and lead you to see the truth and obtain enlightenment. like a miniature sun. 2. What this does is redirect the flow of energy to the third eye that has been shut off for centuries in most people. don t worry. 3. In addition. These meditations are extremely powerful and often. For people who are right handed. your left hand should make a fist around your right index finger. Place your hands in the position as shown in the photo that I have added to my photos albums under 3RD EYE.

The 6th chakra is where the ida and pingala serpents meet. the sinuses and the skin. it is the psychic sight of the soul. It is located on the middle of the forehead above the brows and along with the 6th chakra that sets in back of the third eye and the pineal gland. I have found in willing others. It is with the third eye that we can see auras. The third eye contains the astral sight. Another sad result of xianity. When the kundalini pierces this chakra. This is perfectly normal and eases with time. The third eye. .WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT: 1. The third eye is the front of the 6th chakra. In the average person. Through the third eye. the crown chakra is easy to open. Once this knot is open and energy flows through. astral images are transferred to the brain. One of the first experiences is a headache or pressure in the center of the forehead. This sensation may also feel like it is originating from within. it opens the last of the three knots. Opening the 3rd eye is a major step in consciousness. A flash of light is often experienced whrn this occurs. usually an inch or more beneath the surface of the forehead as it affects the sixth chakra. the pineal gland is atrophied and dormant. The pineal gland and the sixth chakra are behind the third eye. even though this cannot be seen. You may also find you can feel this ache or pressure whenever you focus your attention on your third eye or meditate on your third eye. along with the sixth chakra. Because of centuries of humanity being cut off from practicing power meditation where energy is circulated like blood where it is needed. This is a positive indication the pineal gland is awakening and beginning to function in a healthy manner. do scrying and see energy. controls the eyesight. The third eye is receptive to energy directed at it. Some people can experience a migraine lasting several hours. The third eye contains the last of the three knots. The third eye is also important in telepathy and influencing others. The severity of the side effects will depend on how atrophied your pineal gland is to begin with. thought energy should strongly be directed to the other person's third eye. many areas of the human soul have ceased to function. The 3rd Eye is directly related to the 6th chakra and the pineal gland.

The bliss state can occur hours and even days later. there are different meditations you can do to activate your pineal gland and stimulate your crown chakra further. This connects the electicity and guids it to the crown and pineal. but produces quite a headache which can occur the following day. This exercise should be done only to initially open your crown chakra and stimulate your pineal gland. it will grow and become active. I will be adding these to the meditation section later. When done properly. By continually stimulating the pineal gland. place your hands in the position where yoour thumbs touch and your index fingerstouch. After this initial exercise. 2. You should begin to feel a slight pressure sensation or awareness of your 3rd eye. A feeling of lightness should follow. Take a deep breath as you did for the awakening one exercise and hold it for as long as comfortable. If you do not experience these indications after a period of 4-5 days. The pleasant light feeling is what makes astral projection and astral travel easy.(do not push this) and release your breath vibrating b-b-b-b-b-b-b-b (vibrate with a deep. The vibration is very intense and effective. This helps you to be relaxed. you can redo this exercise again as many times as needed to open your crown.Meditation program 1 part 3 Hi all. you will feel a lightness and a sense of bliss. First things first. do this 5 times. or completely covering their heads. In order for this to work properly. The pineal gland is the psychic seat of the soul. It makes me very happy to hear your success stories. I KNOW IM REPEATING MYSELF BUT IT IS IMPORTANT!!!!!!!! The effects of this exercise are extremely pleasurable. Opening this pathway is also very healing for drug addicts as it naturally induces extreme pleasure. The bee was sacred in Ancient Egypt and many other ancient cultures for this very reason. It is based on the Björk rune. After completing the awakening for the 3rd eye meditation which takes 4 days. this exercise will stimulate the pineal gland and crown chakra. focused and enter into a trance state. a slight pressure in the crown area and intense euphoria. soft hum with the lips almost closed) The vibration should sound like a bee. you can then move onto the crown chakra and pineal gland activation. It should look like a pyramid. Now. Crown chakra and pineal activation. Some people may feel energy or tingling inside their heads. Then focus all of your concentration on your 3rd eye. Breath in deeply and hold your breath for a count of 4. If your crown chakra is open. .
