EMOTIONS What inspiration my emotions bring When intellect is moved by striking beauty; From desire held within my mind

thoughts ring, Yet tempers love with deft ability. Can I be fair to you and fair to me; In this balance our destiny will lie To find salvation or a trap we flee. Imprudence’ flaws could turn our lives’ awry. So I shall hide deep within such feeling And gaze, but, yet not gaze while you inspire; This depth to bind us as you are willing While words pour forth from my hidden desire. Writing from a secret mind will perplex And these feelings, shared or not, are complex.
