Garlic Prawn Noodle Recipe

3 bls large prawns (peel and devein) 1 tablespoon finely minced garlic 1 tablespoon finely minced Italian flat leave parsley 1 teaspoon garlic salt 1 teaspoon sugar 1tablespoon olive oil *Mix all ingredients together and marinade prawns for about 1hour. Heat the skillet with 1 teaspoon with butter then grill the prawns until it slightly turn brown. Reapeat the process in a small patch until done then set the grilled prawns aside. Sauce: 4 ounces Maggi (red cap bottle) 3 ounces sugar 6 ounces Cream Sherry 2 ounces ketchup 1/2 teaspoon pepper *Mix all the above ingredients together in a bowl then set aside. 8 ounces butter 2 medium whole garlic finely minced (yield about 1/2 cup) 1 tablespoon finely minced Italian parsley * Melt butter in the skillet, add garlic and parsley until fragrant then add the sauce, reduce heat, simmer for about 10 minutes. Remove from heat and set aside. * Boil 2 bls of Angel Hair Pasta for about 4-5 minutes or according to packet instructions (I prefer the Barilla brand) Remove from heat (do not rinse). Drain well.
