MADHUR has Separate Personnel Department Company believes that Any Organization’s
existence is not possible without Employees.So Company gives more important to Personnel
Management & company’s personnel is one of the efficient one.

During our training at MADHUR we found that there is an Ideal Manpower Management & all
employees and workers are satisfied with the company. In short Personnel Management is the
process of binding people & Organization together so that objectives of each are accomplished.

Time Keeping System


In today’s Competitive world time becomes more important then money in any organization.
Time Keeping is necessary top maintain discipline & to get maximum & regular working force
of personnel.

The Time Keeping System helps to identify timing behavior of the employees as well as
workers. The company should select that time keeping system which is most suitable to
organization. It is system to note time when employees arrive at industry and left it.

In MADHUR to maintain the record of time of employee that when he come and when he goes,
there is one punching card system to measure the time of coming and going of the employee.
Each employee has the separate computerized identity punching card.

All the data are stored into computer and a timekeeper saved it as a documentary proof. When
there is a power cut in the factory timekeeper notes timing of workers.
