2020 in Hanley Swan Village Hall at 19:00.

2 Declarations of Interest & Dispensation Requests from Councillors


a) Register of Interests: Councillors are reminded of the need to update their register of
interests.
b) To declare any Disclosable Pecuniary Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
c) To declare any Other Disclosable Interests in items on the agenda and their nature.
d) To Consider Written Requests from Councillors for the Council to Grant a Dispensation
(S33 of the Localism Act 2011) – written requests to be with the clerk at least 4 days prior
to a meeting

Councillors who have declared a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest, or an Other


Disclosable Interest which falls within the terms of paragraph 12(4)(b) of the Code of Conduct,
must leave the room for the relevant items.
Failure to register or declare a Disclosable Pecuniary Interest may result in the
commission of a criminal offence.

Closure of the meeting to allow parishioners present to speak on any matters relating to
the Parish.

3 Minutes: To consider the approval of the Minutes of the Parish Council held on Thursday 20 th
February 2020 (copy attached)

Hanley Castle 6th Form Centre.

20/00289/ Waste Incineration The alteration of the existing incinerator plant in the
CM Unit Hangmans Hangman's Lane waste facility building (on land certified by
Lane Hanley Castle certificate reference app/e1855/x/16/314748 dated 11th
Worcester WR8 0AJ October 2016, and as extended pursuant to certificate
reference 18/000064/CLP dated 12th February 2019) by the
removal of one of two flues, and the installation of a
replacement flue
