With the Rebuild Alternative, three properties that are eligible for listing in
the National Register will be demolished for the project.  This number
includes the viaduct and the seawall.  One National Register structure, the
Washington Street Boat Landing pergola, will be relocated approximately 125
feet to the west.

Draft EIS

Of the buildings that lie within 50 feet of the project, approximately 23 are in
the Pioneer Square Historic District.  Two buildings are listed in the National
Register, two are eligible for listing, and two are designated local landmarks.
In addition, the waterfront piers, a potential National Register historic district,
are within 50 feet of the project.
Impacts in the five project areas are listed below, going from south to north.
