“Leave sooner, drive slower, live longer”
I just stepped out of church Filled with God’s Holy Word As I got on the freeway There came a big blue thunderbird Pulled right in front of me With my kids right there in the car I started to pull over to the side And say, “Hey, “who do you think you are? Have you heard of a blinker? Do you understand the word stop? Boy, you’re lucky my kids are in this car Or I’d pretend I was Robocop I’d beat you down like...” Stop, hold it, wait a minute,
Thought: Isn’t it funny how our day can be so wonderful and then we hit the freeway and our entire faith is forgotten about. The freeway could be a very dangerous place both physically and spiritually So, don’t forget to pray Before you hit the freeway Don’t have anything to do with foolish and stupid arguments, because you know they produce quarrels. And the Lord’s servant must not quarrel;instead, he must be kind to everyone, able to teach, not resentful 2 Timothy 2:23-24
